Lacey came into my life at the time when I needed a realtor who was reliable, forward thinking, focused, patient and who could guide me through selling my property from beginning to end. It was the first time I was going through this process and I was feeling a little overwhelmed to say the least. I had already purchased another property and had a very short deadline to move. Lacey not only managed all of the things I thought I needed in a realtor, but so much more. She was calm, kind, thoughtful, and most importantly an absolute master in real estate and selling. From our first meeting, Lacey had a vision for my house and knew what needed to be done to appeal to buyers and maximize the asking price. Within only a few days, I had landscaping, staging completed, and most importantly a realtor who genuinely cared about my home, me and my lovely pets!

Within 2 short weeks my home was transformed into what can only be described as a 'show house' and it was stunning. Lacey was great at communicating with me throughout and kept me updated on all of the very exciting leads she had before we even went to market.

Once the 'for sale' sign was up I couldn't have imagined how fast things would move. Lacey had open houses organized with wonderful potential buyers showing up. She also hosted private viewings and had so many viewings with various agents in the area. It was a hive of activity and hype! Even a beautifully printed flyer went out across the town, which drove even more potentials to come and view. In just a few days, we had so many offers on the table and they were all super competitive. Lacey guided me on how we would review the offers and also ensure that we secured the strongest one.

Once we had selected an offer to accept, Lacey even secured a second 'back up' offer just in case things fell through! How much can one woman do I hear you ask? In Lacey's case, she can do more than you can ever even imagine! Everything with the offer we accepted went smoothly and efficiently and was way higher than the listing price, and my home was sold. In under one month Lacey turned my house around and sold it for an exceptional price.

Now, aside from the house. I gained a lifelong friend. I had so many questions, 'wobble moments' where I felt overwhelmed and Lacey always calmed me, via call or text and even showing up to bring me dinner when I was moving. She encouraged me, ensured I felt safe throughout the process of selling (I was nervous as a single lady having people in my home), and kept everything on track without a single flaw along the way. Even when I was stressed, Lacey had everything covered!

I could keep writing about how wonderful my realtor and most importantly my new friend is, but words really can't do her and the incredible work she does justice. If you want the best realtor in town, you've absolutely found her in Lacey.
